2. ELIGIBILITY

- You must be at least 18 years old to create posts or conduct transactions
- You must provide accurate information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
3. USER ACCOUNTS
- You may create an anonymous account or use email/password authentication
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- You must not share your account credentials
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
4. POSTING RULES
You Agree To:

- Select the correct city, section, and category
- Post free items only in the Free section
You Agree NOT To:
- Post illegal items, services, or content
- Post fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive listings
- Post spam, duplicates, or irrelevant content
- Include personal contact information in posts (use platform messaging)
- Post adult content, weapons, drugs, or prohibited items
5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
- Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
- Impersonating others or misrepresenting affiliation
- Scraping, data mining, or automated access
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform
- Circumventing security features or restrictions
- Using the platform for any illegal purpose
6. CONTENT OWNERSHIP & LICENSE
- You retain ownership of content you post
- You grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote your content
- We may remove content that violates these Terms
- We do not claim ownership of your posts
7. POST EXPIRATION & RENEWALS
- Posts expire after 7 days
- You may renew posts to extend them for another 7 days
- Expired posts are automatically removed from public view
- You can delete your posts at any time
8. DISCLAIMERS
- We are a platform; we do not participate in transactions
- We do not verify users, posts, or claims
- Use at your own risk; meet in public places
- We are not responsible for user conduct or disputes
- The platform is provided "as is" without warranties
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, All-Mighty DopeList shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All-Mighty DopeList from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
12. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
